Why 50/50?+
The deposit secures your spot in our build queue and covers initial design and development costs. The remaining 50% is due only after you've reviewed and approved the final site. This protects both sides — you don't pay in full until you're happy, and we can commit resources to your project immediately.
When is the final payment due?+
The final 50% is due after you've reviewed your completed site and approved it for launch. We won't publish anything live until you've signed off and the balance is paid. Most clients complete this within 1-2 days of receiving their review link.
When do I get portal access?+
Within 24 hours of your deposit being confirmed, you'll receive an email with login credentials for your client portal. From there you can fill out the intake form, upload assets, track build progress, and communicate with our team directly.
What if I need revisions?+
Fast Launch includes 1 round of revisions. Custom Launch includes 3 rounds. A revision round means you send all feedback at once, and we implement it. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included can be purchased for $150 each.
